This text constitutes the general terms and conditions of use of the OpenDIMS platform and our website. By accessing, logging in, or otherwise using OpenDIMS, you agree to these terms. These Terms of Use are an integral part of our overall Terms of Use, which you can always find a full overview of on our overall Terms of Service and Security page.
1. Permitted Use and Access
OpenDIMS is a professional B2B PIM (Product Information Management) solution that is intended exclusively for use by registered customers, registered users and approved partners. Any unauthorized access or attempt to circumvent the system’s security measures is strictly prohibited.
As a user, you are responsible for keeping your login data confidential and ensuring that unauthorized persons do not gain access to the system through your account. If you suspect misuse, please contact us immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright
All content, software, design, source code, graphics, trademarks and user interfaces in OpenDIMS are the property of OpenDIMS ApS and are protected by Danish and international copyright. You may not, without the prior written consent of OpenDIMS ApS, distribute, modify, publish, reuse, transmit or otherwise use material and content from the System for commercial or public purposes that are outside the intended functions of the Platform.
Users of OpenDIMS naturally have full rights to access, export and use the product data they have entered into the system, but when sharing system-generated material, they must comply with applicable copyright and ensure clear attribution of the source where relevant.
3. Accuracy of Information
We always strive to provide up-to-date, correct, and error-free information and features of OpenDIMS. However, updates, system improvements, or external factors may result in short-term errors, changes, or unforeseen events. All general information and content on our public pages is provided “as is” without any additional warranties.
4. Reference to your other terms and conditions
As these terms only govern the conduct and general framework for the use of the Platform, we refer to our specific subpages for the commercial, operational and data law agreements:
- Commercial Terms & Subscription: For information on prices, payment, termination and overall liability, please refer to our Terms of Service.
- Security, backup and uptime: For details on our hosting at Hetzner, SSL encryption, and uptime guarantee, please refer to Security Operations.
- Personal data: The processing of personal data on behalf of our customers is regulated in our current Data Processing Agreement.
