When you order setup from OpenDIMS, we handle the entire setup and testing process for your solution, workflows and integrations so that it works optimally. To be able to complete the setup, we will ask for access to the necessary systems so that we can carry out the configuration correctly. Our team bases the configuration on standard solutions and best practice experiences, which ensures a stable and efficient integration. On our product pages, you can find detailed descriptions of how the integration between your chosen systems is typically carried out.

After configuration, we perform a thorough test where we test data transfer between systems, test workflow and editing of products – we test overviews, filters and fields; we ensure that everything important works as you want it to. Once the test is complete, we will ask you to review and approve the result. This ensures that our work lives up to your expectations and works correctly in practice.

Although we handle the setup of OpenDIMS for you, it is always your responsibility to ensure that your systems are set up correctly from the start. Should problems arise due to incorrect setup in your own systems, you will have to make the necessary adjustments yourself to resolve any conflicts.

As far as possible, communication about the setup process takes place in writing via the ticket system or if you write to support@opendims.com. This allows us to answer your questions thoroughly and ensure that you have documentation for all parts of the process – it does not mean that you are not allowed to call and get help that way when you have already ordered technical assistance.

When you order technical assistance for the setup, you avoid the hassle and it is our responsibility that everything works afterwards. To get started with OpenDIMS, you can create a free account yourself, which we can work on together. Your free account can be upgraded to one of our premium packages, so you can store exactly the amount of products, orders, etc. in your solution. If you are unsure how to get started, just call or write and we will hold your hand all the way. We would always recommend Onboarding OpenDIMS – you can do it yourself, but it can take time.
